Study Program - The aim of the course is to learn in depth about the Scrum Master role and responsibilities and gain practical skills through simulation. Since it is 8 hours in total, this is an introductory training to Scrum Mastery. After the training, you will have a broad understanding of what roles a Scrum Master serves. At the same time, you will have learned the difference between the roles of Agile Coach and Scrum Master, and the points where these roles intersect.
