Product Management course

Product management is a strategic function that answers the question of how and why to manage the product. Properly planning product goals for the company's development, and ensuring that everyone is working towards a common organizational goal, is the main functionality of product management. This management includes continuous strategic tasks in organizations and constantly promotes the development process.
