ATL Academy and Baku Engineering University Collaborate on Interactive Scrum/Agile Seminar

ATL Academy, in collaboration with Baku Engineering University, successfully hosted an interactive seminar on Scrum and Agile methodologies, which received an enthusiastic response from students. The seminar, led by trainer Aytac Müzəfərova, attracted over 200 participants, highlighting the significant interest in project management among students.

This seminar served as a key event for the students of Baku Engineering University, organized by ATL Academy to showcase innovative approaches that align with current labor market demands. It aimed to enhance students' understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices, which are vital in today’s fast-paced work environment.

The seminar commenced with a warm welcome, where representatives from ATL Academy expressed gratitude to the participants and emphasized the importance of the event. Aytac Müzəfərova provided comprehensive and detailed insights into Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

Key Highlights of the Seminar:

  1. Introduction to Project Management: Participants were introduced to fundamental principles and methodologies of project management, discussing the essence of Agile and Scrum, as well as techniques for planning, executing, and evaluating projects. The importance of effective project management in contemporary workplaces was a focal point of this discussion.
  2. Agile Project Management: Aytac elaborated on how Agile methodologies apply to modern workplaces and enhance team collaboration. Agile allows teams to be more flexible and efficient, enabling quicker and more successful project completions. Participants explored practical applications of Agile principles and values in project management.
  3. What is Scrum?: Attendees received in-depth information about the structure, roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Team), and phases of Scrum (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective). Experience Sharing: The seminar concluded with an experience-sharing session, providing a platform for discussion and idea exchange where participants shared their project management experiences. Q&A Session: The event wrapped up with a question-and-answer session, where participants had the opportunity to ask Aytac questions, allowing them to gain deeper insights into the topics discussed.
