What is a buddy system?
Mentoring primarily involves listening with empathy, sharing experiences and ideas, making professional friends and encouraging the other person. The main purpose of the mentoring system is that professional employees transfer and teach their existing knowledge, skills and experience to new or less experienced people who are trying to advance in their careers.
Who are our mentors?
Mentors are a team of professional programmers from ATL Tech. They conduct practical exercises, answer students' questions and help them when difficulties arise. Also, another role of mentors is to constantly support academy students while working on their graduation project.
